What is NAD+ and why it’s getting attention

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD⁺) is a coenzyme found in every cell. It’s critical for energy production, DNA repair, and cellular longevity [5]. As we age, or undergo prolonged stress, NAD⁺ levels decline, which may contribute to fatigue and slower cellular repair [6].

What the current evidence shows

Research is promising but still limited: studies have shown that raising intracellular NAD⁺ may be beneficial in age-related and metabolic conditions [6][7]. That said, many of the human trials are small and early-phase. Clinics should proceed with transparency about what is known—and what remains uncertain [7].

How we approach it at Hope & Faith Wellness Clinic

We offer a Cellular Reset NAD+ IV designed for clients who have discussed this intervention and have clear goals around energy, metabolic support, or recovery from prolonged stress. We pair NAD⁺ infusion with nutrient-rich diet, sleep optimization, and lifestyle review. We schedule follow-up and monitor progress.

April’s perspective

NAD⁺ therapy can be a meaningful adjunct when used wisely. It’s not a standalone “fountain of youth.” If you’re compressed under years of stress, poor sleep, or heavy demands, and you’ve built the foundation (nutrition, movement, rest), then exploring NAD⁺ support may be appropriate. Let’s set realistic expectations together.

When “Just Sinus Issues” are not Just Sinus Issues

This time of year, I hear many patients say, “It’s just my sinuses acting up.” And sometimes that is true. The weather shifts, humidity drops, and your nose and throat can feel dry, irritated, or stuffed. But I want to offer a serious reminder, especially as flu, RSV,...
