At Hope & Faith Wellness, we take great value in knowing our patients — not just by their chart, but by their story. To provide the thoughtful, unhurried care our patients deserve, we accept only a limited number of new patients at a time.

Every new patient request begins with an evaluation to ensure your needs align with the level of care we can safely and personally provide. There may be times when new patient scheduling is on hold or delayed to prevent our provider from becoming overextended and to protect the quality of care for those already established. Occasionally, we may determine that a patient’s medical needs would be better served by another provider or specialist. These decisions are made solely to ensure that each person receives the most appropriate and effective care possible.
